“I have been a massage therapist for over a decade and specialize in treatment and posture therapy with an appreciation for working with individual needs. I like to look at the body as a whole and provide relief from stress, tension, soreness and pain while encouraging correction in posture. I am always looking for the best ways to give the most effective care and am always up for learning new things and adjusting to individual needs. I have experience with a lot of different situations and needs for care. I have done post surgery massage as part of the recovery as soon as the surgeon approved massage care. I have also done a lot of side lying work, pillow bolstered and seated massage to work around different types of pain and restrictions. I am not a stranger to pregnancy massage in all stages of care. I am an intuitive worker and like to focus on the causes and how best to get the relief to last. I can do light to deep pressure depending on needs and requests, I like to work with many different types of people and needs.”

I became licensed by the State of Washington, as a massage therapist, in 2015. My mission with clients is facilitating their journey in achieving life balance as they learn to develop and maintain connection between body, mind, and spirit. By utilizing massage for relieving physical, mental and emotional stresses, which block the flow of energy and hamper the sense of well-being. It’s my belief and experience that massage is a viable modality for enhancing our overall health, and I am passionate about being a conduit to help them reach their goals. My style ranges from relaxing Swedish massage to invigorating sports massage, depending upon their needs. My husband and I have 3 grown children, and we became grandparents on 06/09/2023.
